Pay and benefits are paid for bc that's the only way to keep employees

Non ethical, money driven typical for profit hospital, they don't care about their employees or patients. The maintenance is only patched until the next big disaster. They never have staff and have gotten to be the worst place for patients. Only one security guard for the entire campus and good luck getting help if you need it. They don't care about your safety and if your hired in one area, you will be moved constantly to wherever and whenever you are needed that day. No management support whatsoever. This place had a lot of great employees and I have watched 50+ people leave, even after 20-30 years, and they don't bat an eye. Very poor management
