Pros

Company is giving itself a makeover starting all the way from the top Freedom to be creative in groups Specific spaces for you to facilitate groups (group room, art room, serentity garden, etc)

Cons

Training could be better because if I don’t ask I won’t know. There has also been some recent changes in leadership which is probably why the kinks haven’t been worked out yet.
