Pros

The store manager was amazing and made sure everything ran smoothly

Cons

Nepotism. It's owned by two brothers who hate each other, one of which is very rash in his decisions. He's known to go in and fire people when he's upset. HR is a joke, they don't follow labor laws and will retaliate if you call them out on it.

Cons

No Benefits or Commission. Lack of opportunities to voice concerns to higher ups. Harsh weather and rule punishing.
