Pros
Great Benefits and amazing coworkers
Cons
This is not a tech company. Like others have pointed out this is a staffing company that is run almost exclusively on spreadsheets. The leadership (CEO and COO) have no clear direction and just throw outrageous numbers about future potential growth and total addressable market. How this company ever got as much funding as they did is a complete joke. Their growth plan is just acquiring smaller staffing companies to fluff their ARR numbers. No innovation and no technology. They panicked when oil prices crashed and fired 1/3 of the company and now they are hiring again 6 weeks later. When oil fluctuates again more people will be on the chopping block. During my time there they went through multiple layoffs (large and small) and then rehire a month later. Multiple heads of departments were fired. Almost all Directors and above seem to come from Uber (they call themselves the Uber of the Oilfields) in an attempt to seem like they can just copy the growth that company had. Do not leave a good job to work for this place, odds are you will last less than a year before they fire you and others for some random restructuring.
