The plan they have for each employee is to not have a plan, and they change this plan every 6 months. Leadership try to block every kind of communication between the team, including team meetings, they only allow you if they are in the meeting, suppressing any kind of comments that go against the company. They do this by controlling all employees calendar. Leadership reveal employees salary to other employees Leadership does not care with employees personal life, they will ignore whatever you say. Be prepared to hear "how did you cheat on this test?" from you leadership when passing on a certification exam.
