Pros
Management of employees. Bad employees get fired, good employees leave. I consider this a pro because I’m ecstatic I left. So great place to work if you like lack of teamwork, poor culture, executives with no pulse on the business, lack of appreciation for high performing individuals, and last but not least if you appreciate employee turnover, this is the place for you.
Cons
Can make decent money, but that’s how you get complacent and justify staying; hence why good money is a con. Healthcare for a family is massively expensive. If you receive an offer letter that says otherwise, you’re welcome.
