Management is two-faced and unreliable, constantly changing expectations and then punishing employees no matter what they do. There is no clear direction, only blame.
Training is a joke. It is completely disconnected from the actual job, and leadership knows it is broken but refuses to fix it. Employees are regularly thrown into unfamiliar regions with zero notice, zero documentation, and zero support. They are expected to “figure it out,” and when things inevitably go wrong, management immediately points fingers instead of acknowledging its own failures.
Work-life balance is a lie. Dedicated dispatchers are scheduled Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and are then expected to keep working from home for several more hours. Every weekend is on-call. Having any kind of personal life is treated as a liability, and employees are blamed if anything is missed while off the clock.
This salaried role is used as an excuse for chronic unpaid overtime. Employees routinely work well beyond 40 hours with no additional pay. Nights, weekends, and on-call time are all unpaid. Some employees report working until 9 p.m. almost every night while still being expected to remain available on weekends.
