Pros
There's a great community at Rightpoint and everyone is happy to help if you ask. They don't reprimand you if you mess up but try and help you fix it and understand what happened. It's definitely a growing company in an important industry.
Cons
The company is growing so fast and so much that there aren't always enough resources so everyone takes on a large share.
