Pros

Some really cool projects going on with recognizable clients. While the leadership structure is very confusing and titles mean nothing, it can be really interesting to hear some of RP's leaders speak.

Cons

For a company of its current size, nearly all of their organizational practices are about five years behind. Every internal system will cause headaches. All of the software used for contracting scoping, writing, reviews, and scheduling is painfully behind the times. The only way to sustain business as usual is for people to work well over 40 hours. There is beer and an xbox in the office, nobody uses either though- there's no time. The salespeople's job is to assign work for everyone else to do, and the sales leadership encourages this while posting cliche sales memes on LinkedIn daily. The incentive structure is completely meaningless, bonuses are anything but a likelihood. The benefits are bottom of the barrel, particularly the 401k and parental leave. People will abruptly be fired with no notice, and you'll only hear through the grapevine. The organizational practices were evidently not built to scale in my time at RP, and will inevitably result in the house of cards collapsing soon enough.
