Pros
Leadership has good intentions and is looking out for the best interest of everyone. Everyone is empowered to make an impact; big or small, great ideas are welcome. Great, fun, smart people. "Choose your own adventure" spirit is encouraged and supported. It is what you make of it. I have been able to shape my career path and role.
Cons
Not for the faint of heart; if you are looking to coast or take it easy filling a mindless role where you watch the clock, this is not the right environment for you. Not 100% perfect; still things to improve and evolve. Can't wait for us to hit 100% though. Then things will be even better.
