Pros
Great, smart people working there. Good pay, decent growth opportunity, overall the best company I have worked for. I only left because my wife got a job in another city and Rightpoint doesn't have an office there.
Cons
The pace is very fast and there could be more structure in certain area. The pace got somewhat exhausting at times, but ultimately my experience was very rewarding.
