Pros
I worked for Rightpoint through most of 2018. While I am no longer there, I wanted to share some of my experiences. I was employed at Rightpoint for 4+ years and during this time, I can confidently say that I saw the company grow up a lot. I enjoyed being a part of that. While I was there (and from what I am hearing from people I still keep in touch with), the company evolved in terms of the work that we did, the employees that the company attracted and the progress that was made on a number of internal initiatives that focused on people who are genuinely nice and care about doing good work. I was given an opportunity to advance my career and work with some great people. I got the sense that many of the people I worked for and those that worked with me on project teams generally had my back. The company is set up to focus on both the people and the clients. I think it was a great balance. I feel like the company tried to keep open lines of communication with everyone at the organization. This was important to me since I was not always in the office.
Cons
In regards to my last point on communication, I think that more can always be done in this department. The company does a good job of communicating through multiple channels. I think for me, I was looking for more of an experience with people across offices and if there was a way to tie the company together through some of the tools that would have been a nice touch. I did not have a chance to travel to other offices as much as I would like. I also understand that the company is trying to do work locally so not everyone can be traveling to different offices just because they want to.
