Pros
Regular paycheck, until you get caught up in the layoffs
Cons
It is puzzling to me that the Leadership team can tie their own shoes in the morning. I have never in my career seen a less effective group of people. They just finished their 3rd (4th?) layoff and all the people who should be held accountable for the trainwreck that is Rightpoint still weren't affected. Some people there are completely untouchable, even as they show how incompetent they are, over and over. They all look out for each other and happily throw other people under the bus. Rightpoint had a decent culture when I started but since the CEO joined, it has gone downhill. The only reason that makes sense for why he is still employed is that he's Team Genpact. I'm sure HR is very nice but it's very clear that the employees are nothing more than resources with time to be sold. They aren't actual people who deserve decency. There is so much I could say but it's pointless. It's an awful place to work and I can't see how it could improve. It will likely be fully Genpact within the next few months.
