Business Outlook
Pros
Excellent benefits, good salaries, smart, nice people, good clients. Good culture. Training is supported. My geo area does a periodic happy hour. It's not the people I work with, but they are fun and I have made friends.
Cons
Complicated back office process and janky home-grown tools. We've had a few layoffs since I joined and it seemed like people were let go by metrics and not by considering the impact on teams or morale.
