Pros

* Interesting products with strong market potential. * Opportunity to work with modern AI technologies. * Talented engineers and capable teams. * Could become a great workplace with employee-friendly policies and stronger leadership.

Cons

Leadership places far too much emphasis on office attendance work-from-office compliance and working hours instead of measuring employees by results productivity and business impact. The company was founded as a 100% remote organization but the current work-from-office policies are extremely rigid. It often feels like employees are treated as school students rather than professionals who can be trusted to manage their work. The India leadership appears to spend more time monitoring who comes to the office than driving technical excellence product strategy innovation or business growth. Leadership head in India lacks the strong technical and strategic direction expected in an tech company. A technology organization should be led by people who enable engineering teams solve business problems and create long-term vision rather than focusing on attendance tracking. HR policies are rigid employee-unfriendly and often feel disconnected from the realities of a modern technology workplace. There is a noticeable lack of flexibility despite the nature of the work. There is an apparent double standard where strict office policies are enforced for employees while leadership itself does not always follow the same expectations. Frequent layoffs and high employee turnover create uncertainty reduce morale and make employees feel insecure about their future. The company culture increasingly prioritizes presence over performance reducing trust motivation and ownership.

Pros

- Care about your well-being. - Push you to go the extra mile and grow. - Remote work, & 4-day alternating work weeks!

Cons

- If you really like going into an office, then I could see that as a con. Otherwise, remote work is super helpful!

Pros

The pay is highly competitive, and the industry itself is incredibly interesting and engaging to work in. Additionally, the professional services teams seem to be experiencing strong growth right now, and they are doing an excellent job of hiring highly competent, kind, and collaborative folks who are great to work with day-to-day. Just received a major multi hundred million dollar investment, which is promising.

Cons

There is a severe lack of psychological safety and professional respect in team communications. Diminishing, rude, and condescending responses are normalized and tolerated by management. Instead of fostering an environment where asking questions is encouraged to prevent mistakes, employees are frequently made to feel bad or incompetent just for doing their due diligence. This creates a defensive working environment where people would rather stay quiet than collaborate.
