Pros
The training is better than most. They have small groups for training sessions that are really good. The training is held out of your working environment to avoid distractions. The VP of quality is really good leader. They have a good customer relations. Good opportunity to learn new areas of manufacturing.
Cons
There are a lot of layoffs at the end of the year where restructuring is the key objective. The pay is under the pay scale. You wear a lot of hats in the organization. You are told that work like balance is important but little is done to improve it. Root cause of quality problems are found but not capital is invested to improve issue. Problems linger and are moved from plant to plant.
