Pros

I am treated like a dog. No breaks no meals at this place. Vlad the CEO comes and throws a fit on and off. Screaming in my office.

Cons

Don't come and work here. Trust me its very bad.

While the company encourages constructive feedback from all current and past employees, your comments are not factually correct or accurately reflect the RingCentral’s culture or work experience. For Example: In the employee handbook under “Lunch and Break Periods”, lunch period is an unpaid period, usually commenced approx. 4 hours after starting time and for nonexempt employees, the company will make lunch period available no later than 5 hours after the nonexempt employee commences work. Nonexempt employees may also take two paid breaks per work day, each period lasting a max of 15 mins. The company does not tolerate bullying behavior in the workplace and these rules apply to everyone. We value our employee’s opinions and continue to make advances to make RingCentral the best place to work, but we would also expect all statements to be accurate and truthful.

Pros

RingCentral has some of the best benefits that I've ever seen provided by a company. Great work environment and co-workers on my team.

Cons

Onboarding was great and easy to follow through. But if you have something specific It can be a little confusing at times to figure out where to go for certain HR things or whom you need to talk to in the organization.

Pros

Great benefits and remote working options.

Cons

Layoffs have created a culture of fear. More and more is put on existing employees who feel they have to work extra hours just to save their jobs.
