Unhappy with the work [India] - Software Engineer RingCentral Employee Review

My experience with this company has been quite underwhelming. There's a persistent expectation to work beyond regular office hours. A major concern is the lack of direction—Managers seems to have no clear vision, and many employees are not even sure what the product is or how it should be used. This lack of clarity severely affects productivity and team alignment. Recognition is virtually nonexistent. No matter the effort or results, acknowledgment—let alone appreciation—is none. Salary hikes are minimal, if they happen at all, and overall compensation does not reflect the workload or commitment expected. The work culture is far from ideal: unmotivating, disorganized, and at times, demoralizing.
