Pros
My experience at Rio Grande has been quite positive so far. My direct supervisor is encouraging and leads with positive reinforcement and corrects mistakes by making helpful suggestions and pointing out great results you can get by helping you tweak your methods. Upper management is energetic and readily gives recognition to outstanding employees. If you are a hard worker, the chances for advancement within the company are good. Benefits are above average - and it's a GREAT job if you love people and are detail-oriented. If you area great at customer service, this is the perfect job! If you work for Rio Grande, be prepared to have your ideas and suggestions actually listened to! You matter to them.
Cons
Not a lot, honestly. My feet hurt a bit after work, and sometimes the hours are long... but I have a job and I love the people I work with. I'm pretty happy being here.
