many training opportunities; room for freedom in teaching methods

Cons

few full time teachers/instructors ... too many managers makes it feel like a scene from the office space movie; manager's jobs seem to involve only negative feedback and adding more projects to load down teachers rather than helping them be successful ... image focused not people focused.

Great remote job where you pick your hours, grade papers, and interact with students. My management has been great and supportive.

Cons

Requires self discipline so not to get a bottleneck of papers and it can get a little mundane grading the same papers for the same classes. This is a temporary job that is not guaranteed.
