Pros

Growth: If you want to expand your skillset and try something new within the company, upper management is incredibly supportive. They hear your feedback and act upon it, if it's within their power. Quality: Ripple really cares about giving clients quality work. We went through many layers of copy edits and checks to ensure that whatever we put out, big or small, was top notch. Communication: I was always comfortable going to my manager with any issues I had. We also had standing check-ins weekly where we had productive, two-way conversations. Work-life balance: I really enjoyed the flexible hours, the option to telework, and the fun, after hours events such as happy hour, trivia, etc. People: I met a lot of wonderful people who are passionate about what they do.

Cons

I sometimes felt quite limited by the number of hours I had to complete a project. However, this is the nature of government contracting. If I felt like I was going to run out of hours, I communicated with my supervisor and she always did her best to give me more time.
