Pros

Decent pay, competitive benefits, fantastic coworkers (they left in a mass exodus), HR tried hard to implement different employee engagement activities for HQ

Cons

The COO needs to be replaced and the company will never really grow until that happens. Because of how she looks down on staff without PhDs and treats employees like they are disposable, there will eventually not be anyone left to help the company grow and flourish for the long-term. Everyone in HR left because she could never be wrong and the department saw the writing on the wall. It is expected for you to kill yourself working overtime with very little reward. They overcompete for contracts and expect the employees to figure out how to get all of the work done and if it isn't they are punished. Career growth is essentially non-existent unless you are a favorite. They are more interested in putting a Band-Aid over problems and responding with vague solutions over Glassdoor instead of actually addressing employee concerns. This will not change until leadership changes. Avoid at all cost. Pay attention to tjne negative reviews. Those are employees who got to see up close and personal how terrible this company is.
