Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. Ripple Effect always welcomes constructive feedback and values all of our employees' outlooks and contributions. We are committed to providing a positive work environment and a sense of balance for all Ripplers, with policies designed to maintain a work-life balance between employees' commitments to their job, family, self, and community. We understand that Ripple Effect's projects can be demanding, which is why we collaborate with employees to achieve this balance by meticulously planning project timelines, identifying backups and contingency plans, and communicating frequently with team members and supervisors. While it is ultimately the employee's responsibility to maintain a work-life balance that works for them, we strive to minimize stress and increase workplace productivity by encouraging employees to schedule time off, vacations, and personal time away from work. While we regret that this was not your experience, we appreciate the time you took to share your thoughts, as Ripple Effect is always open to feedback in order to continuously improve.
