1 year in and happy to be here! - Consultant Ripple Effect Employee Review

I decided to post this review after working at Ripple a year. I thought it would give me the best insight - enough time that I learned the culture, job, and people - not so much time that I lost perspective of the last position I had. Ripple has been a very good environment for growth. I've found very good mentors at the company - allowing me to branch in new directions I hadn't before. In addition, my team is full of smart, dedicated people that I really enjoy working with. The projects are varied and to me, very interesting. It is important to me to support mission-based work and feel I am making a difference.
