Pros

No phone calls/queue. 100% work from home. Friendly coworkers. Bi annual company get togethers where you can hang out with each other. A fair amount of autonomy with your work.

Cons

-No set training, your “trainer” is another rep who is just as busy as you will be shortly. -Remote training can be rough I know, but lord have a better plan. -pay is good, benefits could be better -“metrics” set with no clear guidance or expectations. -QA is subjective, managers all grade very differently. -CEO can be very condescending -Managers who have never actually managed people. -Clear favoritism -Sink or swim.

- Product Market Fit - Most clients in the SMB/MM range find Rippling to be a helpful platform - Most teams, managers, and colleagues are good people who are ready to help - Opportunities to progress your career

Cons

- It's intense and the fastest place I've ever worked at. Rippling won't help you manage your burn out so if you can't handle it, you likely won't last very long - Big brother like office attendance tracking - Benefits (no 401k match) and pay are average
