I joined Rippling after some great reviews and recommendations only to land into the pool of drama and favouritism. The director here thinks he is the king and rules this kingdom with no fear and why not, our highness has no interest in growing India function! He is only busy partying and favouring ones who are his top priorities. I wonder how not a single person got up to show concern and oppose this bad culture. Managers are only dummies who work hard but some of them are immature too..He also has a questionable character which I encourage management to look into. His inclination towards one person on team goes on to show that he is on ground only to support her and make sure her growth path is clear with no hurdles while the rest of the team struggles for basic support, this is easy to validate if investigation happens. It is highly demotivating to see the leadership in India so poor that one cannot learn and grow.
