- Management cares about career pathing and will regularly check in to review how you are doing and progressing towards your career goals - They promote from within and you regularly see roles opened just for internal folks - The overall Rippling product is sticky and a must have so you don't often get customers that are unwilling to jump on calls or feel like you have to chase them down. - Abundance of resources to help you succeed in your role. Between all of the internal resources, your direct and indirect teams, and weekly trainings, you have so many tools to leverage.
Cons
- It often feels like there's a disconnect between Product and CX. Launches go live without proper communication and there's often no reason for "why" leaving not only TAMs frustrated but customers as well - While overall it is a great product, there are constant bugs, jira tickets, and it can create a reactive environment for TAMs. - Benefits could be better. No 401k match.
