Pros
Salary is a little higher as compared to the market, but no compensation is worth your dignity and your life. No product thinking; substandard quality and just copying the competitors work. One day your director/VP will come on the call and announce that your team is getting removed just before the review cycles to save performance bonuses and RSUs. RSUs are of no use, as it's not going public anyway (it's announced). They do the employee survey with their own internal tool, which is not anonymous, and see the people's responses and fire the people who indicate unhappiness just before the review cycles.
Cons
Substandard work, bad culture—stay away. away. away, If you are getting interviewed, ask them in detail, How is your typical day, and what is on the roadmap?, You will get the clear idea. After working at rippling for quite sometime you will forget all your skills as you are just resolving the customer tickets, due to poor quality of production system.
