- Pace/Change Management (Move Quickly/Constant Change) - Time Management/ Work-Life Balance- busy workload can feel very reactive and sense of whiplash moving from tasks/responsibilities based on what is deemed latest priority. Rippling challenges you to work hard to achieve very ambitious goals & have to be down with this up-front to succeed here. Often here, this is "not the easiest place to get a paycheck" - and its true, but its rewarding to work on a company that is growing at this rate and having so much success from a business perpsective - Monthly sales quota is tough repetitive motion with deal cycles getting longer while ACV increasing

- Product Market Fit - Most clients in the SMB/MM range find Rippling to be a helpful platform - Most teams, managers, and colleagues are good people who are ready to help - Opportunities to progress your career

Cons

- It's intense and the fastest place I've ever worked at. Rippling won't help you manage your burn out so if you can't handle it, you likely won't last very long - Big brother like office attendance tracking - Benefits (no 401k match) and pay are average
