Pros
I've had a great experience working at Rippling so far. The biggest upside is the amount of autonomy you're given. You're trusted to own your work, which is incredibly empowering. Everyone is smart, supportive, and truly focused on a shared goal: getting stuff done. I've worked at other places where a lot of energy is spent on emotional labor or workplace politics, but at Rippling, people are friendly and professional. They're here to do good work, and that focus on efficiency and quality is refreshing.
Cons
The main drawback, which is also a strength for the right person, is the pace. You have to hit the ground running and be ready to move fast. This isn't a bad thing if you thrive in that type of environment, but it's not for everyone.
