Pros

Rippling runs like a start up, your voice is heard, there are so many processes to improve and create. You must be ready for change because change will constantly happen! Rippling is hugely growing at the moment and you want to be part of this as this will give you progression opportunities. People are very happy working here, in general, I noticed. The leadership is great, pushing everyone to the top while respecting work life balance. The fact that higher executives are very easy to talk to. They make sure that they know each one of the employees and put themselves at same level as everyone. They listen to ideas from everyone and give everyone their chance. No micro-management.

Cons

The benefits do not match some other companies but because the company is so new in Ireland/EMEA I'm pretty sure the benefits will eventually evolve. Again, it's about joining a company that wants good for their people. That has potential and bright future. Rather than a company where yes, you have good benefits but you are not certain about its future.

- Culture encourages extreme ownership - Company has very specific preferences around how to effectively work and collaborate which is widely emphasized. This type of clarity is mostly refreshing. - The continued investment and execution (now with AI) is inspiring. - Great place to be if you want to be push the boundary of what is possible. Feels like Rippling is uniquely positioned for this moment with the right platform and leadership to win.

Cons

- The number of products can be overwhelming although many teams are specialized. - Things break and customers have issues due to huge variation in use cases and the speed of innovation. Can cause a lot of distractions.
