      Pros

      The people I get to work with each day are incredibly smart and driven. Considering the pace the company grows at, there are plenty career opportunities.

      Cons

      Outside the USA, there is a 3 day in office policy, which is enforced strictly. You have to be comfortable with this and be willing to commute to the office 3 days a week.

This type of clarity is mostly refreshing. - The continued investment and execution (now with AI) is inspiring. - Great place to be if you want to be push the boundary of what is possible. Feels like Rippling is uniquely positioned for this moment with the right platform and leadership to win.

      Cons

      - The number of products can be overwhelming although many teams are specialized. - Things break and customers have issues due to huge variation in use cases and the speed of innovation. Can cause a lot of distractions.
