Pros
This is a company who values hard work. I had relocated to bangalore taking a huge risk away from my family. However this company took care of everything. It gives you continous oportunities to grow. They take care of the employees by providing inhouse company food and dry cafeteria. I think that Rippling pays you more than the market standard and the management is supportive from my experience and does not be a blocker in your growth. It has one of the best benefits including insurance. Every expectation in shared clearly and if you can work hard in fast paced environment then Rippling is the best place to be working in.
Cons
I do not find any con in Rippling. Just for the sake of writing, I can say that I would have been much more happier if Rippling had a office in Pune or gave work from home, then again this is justified given how much the company spends on its employees.
