Pros

Great health insurance and great benefits. Flexible.

Cons

No connection between office and field staff. They do not promote from within and the pay is not at all commensurate with the amount of work you do. Not even close to the amount they said I could make with bonuses. No support, no real training. They throw you in the cesspool and hope you can swim. Everyone on my team has a second job just to survive because the pay is so low. The billing process is a complete disaster as no one takes care of it. They didn’t renew the contract of the person that was finally fixing it. and now they expect their reps to do all of it themselves. BS.

Rise takes great care of its employees and always listens to any feedback employees give. It is very fulfilling work with fantastic benefits.

Great persons served Great coworkers Relatively flexible work environment

Cons

NOT person centered Poor management practices, a lot of bullying, favoritism and retaliation Labor laws & other violations ignored by HR Advocacy from leadership team is performative, genuine concerns are swept under the rug and employees who speak up are punished
