      I worked there a few years ago at the start of my career, and unfortunately I would not recommend it as a place for graduates. The compensation was very low compared with other recruitment firms, particularly given the hours and expectations. New joiners were required to memorise an internal training manual referred to as “the Bible,” but I found much of the content had limited practical value. The client base and quality of work were also weaker than I expected, and I did not feel the role provided the level of development or market exposure that graduates should receive early in their careers. At the time, the experience affected my confidence and made me question whether I was suited to recruitment. Since leaving, I have performed very successfully elsewhere, which made me realise that the environment was a significant part of the problem. My advice to graduates would be to compare the compensation, training, client base and progression opportunities carefully before accepting an offer.

We’ve invested heavily in our training, leadership, technology, career development and employee wellbeing, while expanding internationally. Many of our consultants have gone on to build long-term careers with us, achieve promotions and earn exceptional incomes, although we recognise that our environment is not the right fit for everyone. Recruitment is a demanding profession, and different companies suit different people. We’re pleased to hear you’ve gone on to be successful elsewhere and wish you every success in your career. We remain committed to listening to feedback, continually improving, and providing an environment where ambitious people can develop both personally and professionally.

      Very good experience with Abdul when he reach out to me. A gentleman, professional, caring recruiter. Abdul will take time to explain job opportunities , help candidate over interview process and most importantly follow up with candidate after interview. I am in construction business 35 plus years and never found personality like Abdul , period.

      Learnt how to use new software Bear in mind that any negative review that’s on here they try to deny. And not take accountability, I 100% worked here and if you do the same will experience the same

      - make you use PTO for a family member who’s passed away. ( company policy apparently ) - how is your office in Brickell and you don’t give any kind of parking and are not lenient of Miami traffic in any way ( manager has no clue about Miami traffic because they scooter to work) - from pretty much day one you will be working the job and even your performance will be analyzed even as an associate. They won’t fail to mention that your ‘ underperforming’ even though your learning the job. I was expected to go home and ‘ resource’ and ‘ learn the 200page recruiting manual’ in which i was reminded daily I would be tested🤣 if you don’t repeat it exactly how it is in the manual you will fail. ( by the way you are actively doing the job , cold calling , getting clients) - when your manager isn’t worried about dealing with his own clients, he will check in and if you manage to get a client instead of trusting your judgement he will then call them back and ask them all of the same questions that you have just asked them. Why give me the job if you’re going to micromanage everything. - the setting is weird one tiny office with no other associates or nothing - you will hear the same words every single day to the point it’s not even motivating. They talk about having a ‘ winners mindset’ and knowing your ‘ long term goals’ every single day. Repeating the same words. - even when managers aren’t in, you will go in to the office alone and have meeting with the UK team🤣 - awful company, I’ve since moved on and the difference between a good company and bad company operating in the United States is so so clear. - make false promises about where the company is going. There’s a reason that in a year and a half they’ve barely grown or can’t keep employees.
