Pros

free lunch, and drink and good booze

Cons

countless cons. perhaps a new CEO with vision and leadership skills?, terrible upper mgmt. . Lack of roadmap direction, I have seen lots (est. 20) of great people leave, good talented people leave due to "close" mgmt culture. Women left pro-services due to verbal abuse. Changed go to market strategy on fly with disregard to current customers...

We try hard to hire employees who are aligned with our core values, vision of the market and needs of our customer base. We do this pre-employment, during on boarding and beyond, however, with fast growth mistakes can and have been made. It is disappointing that in your case it is clear we failed to make a good match, and for that I apologize. I wish you the best of luck in your next role.

Pros

The people at RiskIQ are great and truly want the best for you

Cons

The start-up culture was starting to die down when I was there leading to much less opportunity than a typical startup.
