Pros

Downtown San Francisco, Ability to work from home, food and beer are always in stock, unlimited PTO.

Cons

It's a turn shop. When I was there I couldn't keep track of the people coming and going. Risk can't keep good employees. The vision isn't what it used to be. The CEO must be drinking his own kool-aid because I was informed they just went through a series of layoffs due to poor performance. The managers just have titles and they don't manage. It's as if start-up tech companies haven't learned anything from Uber. Retaliating on people is noticeable, and these so-called managers promote it as if its a game.

Pros

The people at RiskIQ are great and truly want the best for you

Cons

The start-up culture was starting to die down when I was there leading to much less opportunity than a typical startup.
