Overbearing founders and lack of interest in people capital, hemorrhaging people - Anonymous employee RiskIQ Employee Review

As a co-founder and CEO of RiskIQ, my mission is to build a best-in-class enterprise security company that is committed to providing exceptional service to our customers over the long-haul. That requires that we build a self-sustaining business (i.e. both growing and profitable) inside of our three core values: (1) customer-first; (2) passionate curiosity; and (3) get your hands dirty. That is an incredibly ambitious mission, and I am accountable to RiskIQ's employees, customers, partners and shareholders to fulfill on that mission. In doing so, my co-founders and I (along with the entire RiskIQ team) take a hands-on approach, and we hold others to account on fulfilling on our mission and living our values. Most of our employees are aligned with this approach, and they appreciate that RiskIQ's founders are closely involved in the business. But I recognize that others may not be, and for those employees, it may occur as overbearing and profit-driven. To those employees, I nevertheless thank them for their contribution to RiskIQ and I wish them the best.
