Pros

Nice location, unlimited PTO, free snacks

Cons

CEO micromanages EVERYTHING, high rate of turnover, company can't figure out what it wants to be when it grows up, people bringing in dogs when there is limited space for actual employees, not enough meeting space. Employees that use their relationships with senior leadership for their own agendas.

RiskIQ Response

As I posted before in response to another review, we have an ambitious mission: to build a self-sustaining, growing and profitable security business, consistent with our three core values: (1) customer-first; (2) passionate curiosity; and (3) get your hands dirty. As such, my co-founders and I are deeply involved in our business, and we hold others to account on fulfilling on our mission and living our values. For the most part, our employees are aligned with this. But for those employees who are not, it may occur as micromanaging and profit-driven. Nevertheless, I thank you for your contribution to RiskIQ.

Pros

The people at RiskIQ are great and truly want the best for you

Cons

The start-up culture was starting to die down when I was there leading to much less opportunity than a typical startup.
