Pros

Flexible schedule nothing else to report.

Cons

You work at minimum wage even with past work experience and a degree. No scheduled breaks. Pay 15.00 dollars a paycheck to the union, that does nothing but take your money. Open on every holiday even Christmas Day. Zig Zag scheduling where you close then have to open the next day. A regular thing. Skeleton crew, so you have no backup. Called to come in on your days off, since they prefer to hire next to no one. No, help when you ask for it from shift managers who like smoking all their shift. If the holiday is during pay week, your check will be delayed. Many rude customers. Poor software to work with. Registers that are slow and make customers have to swipe for debit insert for credit.
