Pros

The work is pretty straight forward.

Cons

None of the systems Rite Aid has make much sense and instead of working together work completely independent of one another. They pay is bad and raises are very bad. They offer flat raises of 2% a year and never offer raises at any other time. The job is also extremely demanding because stores are almost always understaffed or undertrained because of the minimum wage pay. The company also went into debt and tried to recover some of that debt by cutting store hours by up to 50%.
