Pros
computers dispensing system is ok, compensation is fair if you do the minimum expected, 20% discount on inflated prices, health insurance isn't awful. that's about as positive as it gets.
Cons
the leadership of this company cares more about the stockholders and the numbers than they do the employees. they don't reward hard work and excellence with anything more than an "attaboy". they squeeze every employee for everything they have until they quit. The bureaucracy is ridiculous, it seems they work to make everything harder instead of easier. Open every holiday except christmas. have to listen to messages and go through a complicated phone tree for tech support. have union technicians in some stores. Training is nonexistant and company hires/promotes inexperienced people into positions because they are pathetic and can't attract and retain talent.
