Pros

Health insurance after 60 days. Flexibility of Store Manager's Schedule.

Cons

Repetitive store manager duties. Processes are extremely antiquated. Payroll is extremely limited therefore store manager will do quite a bit of the work. Very physical job unloading. Too much work with unrealistic completion days when most items are never shipped in time to make the due date. extremely poor inventory management which starts at the distribution center. Pay is too low based on amount of work expected. Too task oriented to focus on great customer service. Breaks are rarely taken due to amount of work and this seems to be taken as normal. Management can not take break until the next shift manager comes in at 2/3pm after being in the store from 7:30am. Vendors come in at all times throughout the day and you must stop your task to receive in the merchandise. Some employees are bottom of the barrel. They are so short employees that they pull employees from other stores to work hours at different locations. Just a very poorly run operation. I see why the stock is so low. The hands on training process is very poorly done.
