Pros
It all depends on where you are and the people you're working with. The company offers sufficient benefits but only for upper-level employees. The best part for me was throwing freight and working in the back.
Cons
This does not apply to all Rite Aids everywhere, but the District Manager can put a lot of unnecessary pressure on management and therefore the team. Bad company as a whole as far as corporation is concerned. Low pay.
