Pros

Leaving the company for good.

Cons

Mandatory to work 45 hours every week. Workload & company expectations are unreasonable for the low pay you receive. The company thinks employees are all thieves, and let the real thieves walk out scott free. They don’t allow you to “work off the clock” but your days off you’ll never be left alone & unpaid for your time. 10-13 pallet trucks are expected to be done in 24 hours, with nothing done during the day & just “off stage” which means when the store is closed. So you’ll be there really late, or really early to do things you could be doing during the day while you’re walking around in circles. Yearly increases are 1%, bonus’ only if entire company meets EBITA goal. Turnover rates are high for a reason.
