Business Outlook
Pros
Work life balance but that’s based on how I manage and schedule. Some managers complain about this but I question their ability. Each store I ran I had no issues so it is achievable.
Cons
Past few years they have thrown the bonus and assessment pay structures out the window. I had beaten my bonus plan and had evaluations that merited a good raise but was given a flat increase and greatly reduced bonus. This was for all mangers so it gives no reason to try. The new interim CEO has not made an impact as of yet so can’t comment on her. From some of the new procedures they implemented they aren’t addressing the current problems.
