Pros

Pharmacist pay is competitive, good vacation if you stay there long enough (I got 3 weeks after 5 years). I liked the nexgen computer system.

Cons

Pharmacy techs are overwhelmed, overworked, and barely get paid over minimum wage which is horrifying. I had techs quit and go across the street to burger king and make more money. Upper management doesn't care about the employees. I would try to make up the technician schedule and it would always be denied, telling me to shave off 20 more hours, etc. None of our pharmacy techs stayed longer than a year. Corporate told me that I wasn't allowed to have any time off for my grandpa's funeral since they couldn't find me a replacement. I had a gun put to my head demanding Oxycontin and as soon as I filed the police report, I was told to immediately go back to work. Horrible place that doesn't value employees.
