Pros
-NexGen system is more user-friendly than most competitors. -Rx volume not as high compared to other retail chains
Cons
Since Covid19: -we constantly had to worry about hiring pharmacy technicians due to increase in turnaround. -more than 50% of the technician candidates for interviews are "no shows" (waste of time on your days off) -overloading and prioritizing our workload with irrelevant tasks (vaccines, testing, MTMs, etc) when you can't do your main job which is dispensing medications. -when you ask your RPL for tech support due to staffing issues, you'll probably end up getting written up or get no answer -upper management lacks transparency -long wait times to have things serviced for your store (Ex. Took about 3 months to fix A/C units during the summertime when it would get to 94-98 degrees inside the pharmacy). -Upper management picks "favorites" and if your not 1 of those individuals then you will see them get the promotions even when your metrics are better or similar to the favored individuals.
