Pros
The entire company and its employees are extremely helpful on every level. The job itself is a great position to start in if you are wanting to move upwards in the future to over positions within the company or even other companies. It provides great experience in many different areas.
Cons
It can be hard to find employees as longterm commitments. If you’re in a position where the person above you may quit, you are looked are expected to take on their tasks/responsibilities for the same pay as working your original/one position (so working two positions for the price of one) but this just means you need to speak up in regards to fair compensation for your new responsibilities.
