Pros
Great store manager willing to work with staff. Friendly front end associates, positive environment. Store discount is fair.
Cons
Customers are nasty to staff and staff cannot do anything about it. Upper management blames staff for store losses. Pharmacy manager plays associates against each other. Pay is way too low. Raises are low while insurance is too high to afford unless you are upper management.
